alt Bride was the first book of mine to go on sale as a free promotion worldwide. It was promptly downloaded over 100,000 times and topped the charts. Many of my earliest readers found me through this book. The story is, essentially, of good triumphing over evil. Besides an intense roller-coaster romance, the book features a truly psychopathic antagonist. In the reviews, some readers reported throwing their book at the wall they became so frustrated and angry with the evil character. The real horror is I based her on someone I know. Despite all the angst, it’s a book that readers (and I) love, and return to over and over.

The sequel, Salt Redux, was written to satisfy the many who wrote demanding the evil Lady Diana St. John get her final comeuppance, and believe me, she does!
